Kent Mineral RO Review: Insects Inside the Water Tank Raise Serious Safety Concerns

Product Name: KENT MINERAL RO

On a sad note, I must say that Kent Mineral RO has failed to meet my expectations.

Within just two months of installation, I noticed insects inside the RO water storage tank—despite the fact that we never opened or tampered with the unit in any way. This clearly indicates a lack of proper sealing, which is deeply concerning for a product meant to provide safe drinking water.

Kent invests heavily in advertisements explaining TDS levels and even provides instruments to measure them. While reducing TDS is important, what is the value of lowering TDS if the water tank itself is not properly sealed against insects? A hygienic and fully sealed storage tank should be the first priority for any water purifier.

An RO may be technically capable of reducing TDS, but if it fails to prevent insects from entering the stored water, the very purpose of purification is defeated.

I advice Kent Ro manufacturer to improve his sealing quality, otherwise no advantage of reducing TDS only.
